Terms and Conditions / Return Policy
We order all merchandise and do not have stock in our stores. Please allow 2-4 weeks for Ashley Products . Merchandise could arrive earlier but to be safe we are advising customers of an average of 4 weeks lead time. If the transaction is cancelled during this period a processing reversal fee of $99 will be assessed. All cancellations are also subject to 20% restocking fee if order is approved to be cancelled after merchandise arrives at retailer warehouse. . Please Allow 8-12 on all Special/Custom Orders. Special/Custom Orders are Final and cannot be canceled.
Acceptance & Inspection
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all furniture and accessories at the time of delivery and make appropriate notations before signing. All damage to furniture, missing items, or other problems must be noted in writing on the delivery paperwork. If customer signs for an item and then later discovers damage, DMC, LLC is not responsible to send a replacement or have it repaired. A signature indicates acceptance; without inspecting the boxes, customer accepts the shipment "as is" and will be fully responsible for any replacements (including freight) or repair costs if transit related. If there is visible damage to the packaging, customer should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product for damage and contact DMC, LLC further instructions. All pick up items must be thoroughly inspected within 48 hours of pick up date. Any issues after the 48 hours will be considered warranty issues and a service form (located on our website) must be filled out and digital photos of damage must be attached.
Damage, Repair & Replacement
If furniture arrives damaged, it will be the responsibility of DMC, LLC or the manufacturer to repair or replace the damaged piece(s). DMC, LLC reserves the right to repair any damages. Determination of whether to repair or replace furniture is at the sole discretion of DMC, LLC. If a repair isn't possible then a replacement piece will be ordered and the damaged pieces become the property of DMC, LLC
Warranty
The manufacturer's, as well as the optional in-house warranty, begins when the merchandise is delivered by DMC, LLC. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are generally limited to defects in materials and craftsmanship. DMC, LLC works with our manufacturers on all warranty claims and in some cases may require the furniture to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. During such occasions DMC, LLC will not supply a replacement or temporary piece. If issue is not covered under manufacturer warranty and the additional in home warranty was purchased DMC, LLC will repair or replace covered piece within the 5 year time frame. In house warranty is a one-time claim, once used warranty is no longer active. Customers that reside in "remote" or other areas not accessible by an authorized restoration center will be responsible for any trip and travel charges incurred in the warranty claim process.
Returns
Returns are not accepted unless product is damaged upon delivery. Determination of whether to repair or replace furniture is at the sole discretion of DMC, LLC. Any exception to the returns policy will be solely at DMC, LLC discretion and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation
Once your order is placed with DMC, LLC, we will submit it to the manufacturer on your behalf. At this point, DMC, LLC is financially obligated to purchase the furniture from the manufacturer. For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations. Any exception to the cancellation policy will be solely at DMC, LLC discretion. If we deem it appropriate to cancel an order, it will be subject to a 20% cancellation / restocking fee as well as actual freight charges.
Product Description & Photo Disclaimer
Products on the DMC, LLC website are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of the furniture, please note that we do not guarantee that the finish of the ordered wood, leather, fabric, or stone will be exactly as pictured. We cannot guarantee that any particular finish on any product will exactly match the same finish which may have been seen locally. Finishes may vary due to differences in dye lots, climate, and the uniqueness of the artisans hand applied application. Leather Products: Natural marking such as scars, brands, wrinkles, grain variations, etc., will be considered normal characteristics and not construed as defects. Since no two cows are identical, no two cow hides will be exactly the same. Natural markings and color variations can and will occur. As all dye lots are different, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed to match any sample you may have seen. Sample swatches are to be used as a starting reference point only. Because of the natural characteristics of leather as well as variation in the tanning process, the final leather goods may vary in color, texture, natural markings and sheen (level of gloss). This variation does not constitute a reason for return. Wooden Products: Due to the natural characteristics of wood, there may be variations in color, grain, sheen, and sizes. Sizes: Any and all sizes shown on the website are those listed by the manufacturer. Actual sizes may vary within industry standards and as such, variations should be expected. Upholstery dimensions are never "exact" since most cushions and padding materials are stuffed by hand. Variations of over 2 inches are not uncommon.
